If I could give less than one star, I would. Water Works Plumbing has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. They came out on a Friday to install shower hardware, balance and secure a couple of toilets, and fix a leaking toilet gasket. Unfortunately, the situation was mishandled from start to finish. The plumber installed the shower hardware but only after the fact did he inform me that the pipe was misaligned (which he blamed on the tiler) and that he “had to make it work.” In doing so, he chipped the brand new tile that was just installed, and his solution? He colored it in with a blue Sharpie. Yes, you read that correctly. And instead of alerting me before doing this damage, he waited until everything was done and there was nothing I could do about it. As for the toilets, despite assuring me that he had fixed and balanced them, they are still wobbly and unstable to sit on. Lastly, he told me he couldn’t fix the leaking gasket because he didn’t bring the correct part. So essentially, I was paying for someone to leave things in worse shape than they were when they arrived. To make matters worse, when I called the company the Monday morning to address these issues, I was met with rudeness and complete lack of professionalism. The woman on the phone sarcastically told me that she doesn’t know why the plumber didn’t take photos, “because she isn’t a plumber.” Since when is taking accountability exclusive to plumbers? On top of that, she told me they haven’t even sent me the invoice yet, so they couldn’t “do anything until later.” While I understand Water Works Plumbing has some good reviews, this experience speaks volumes about how they handle mistakes and customer care. Whether I got a bad plumber or not, the dismissive treatment I received afterward guarantees I will never be using their services again. Proceed with caution.

Getting your whole house repiped is a scary messy proposition. These guys are absolutely the best of the best. Easy to work with, definitely know what they are doing and reasonably priced. What I thought would be issues they resolved quickly. Cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. Great job guys!

LOVED Water Works!! Water works did an incredible job with the re pipe of our single family home. It was a team of guys that worked very harmonious together. They were very professional and clean. They were in and out in less than 6 hrs with minimal clean up due to their tidiness and efficiency. We were definitely amazed at the quality of work within such a short time. They also made things hassle free by scheduling the inspection for us and had them out the next morning making things more smoothe. We would 100% recommend Water Works in comparison to the other companies around the area as they were priced more fair, and were a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you guys! 😊

Water Works is great. We used them for a substantial condo repiping project last summer. They were quick, efficient, and really minimized the impact of the work, leaving our condo looking better (and cleaner) than we could have anticipated. Just last week we asked them to come and replace an under sink disposal machine. They accommodated our schedule and did another great job at a very reasonable price. Water Works was recommended to us by neighbors and we now recommend them to others!

I had a leaky pipe above my garage. When I called and they officially scheduled me for a couple days out. They then sent someone over the same day!! They're always very professional and do really great work.

I am overly impressed with my experience with Water Works Plumbing. I lack trust and I've learned to be a cautious consumer. I only had cold water in my condo. No hot water during the recent freezing cold weather in Cape Coral, FL. When I saw the Water Works Truck at the condo next to me I went over and met "Jamie." He was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to hear me. Jamie has empathy. A rarity these days. I called the office and spoke with Mike (Michael) who again I was impressed with. Learning it is a family operated business, their history and prompt attention to my problem I felt at ease. The rest is history! Everything went well and I now have hot water. Excellent experience with Waterworks. Hector arrived at the scheduled time and was very polite and explained exactly what he did for the repair. He was also very efficient. Waterworks will be our plumber going forward. Great service at a reasonable price!
